Return & Cancellation Policy

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team:

Please include:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email or invoice)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • The return address
  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia
  • A $10 USD administration fee per item will be deducted from your refund
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags, if applicable)

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • Your refund will be processed within 2–4 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email

Funds typically return to your account within 3–5 business days after processing.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

Due to our fast processing and fulfillment system:

  • Orders are prepared for shipment immediately
  • After 24 hours, orders can no longer be modified or canceled

If the cancellation window has passed, you will need to wait until your order is delivered and then follow our standard return process.
